Shipping and Returns


General information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order (not including public holidays). Orders are shipped with different carriers depending on the shipping country. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Sweden. We ship Delivery Duty Paid to the following 63 countries Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Croatia, Cyprys, Czech Republica, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Irland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Åland. To all other countries we ship DDU. If the order is shipped DDU (delivery duties unpaid), please contact your local customs should be able to estimate the price. 

Deliveries within Sweden are shipped with Postnord, and with UPS to the rest of the world. Shipping is calculated at Checkout. Delivery times are only provided as guidelines and do not take into account possible delays caused by stock availability or/and payment authorization.

Kindly note, delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times and if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, all shipments may be delayed by a few days and

Orders are fully traceable. Orders are shipped with different carriers depending on the country, you will receive a direct link to your tracking in your shipping confirmation. Click on the link on your order confirmation to view the up to-date tracking for your order.


Items purchased on are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags still attached.

Fill in the return form included with your order. Place the provided pre-paid return shipping label that comes with the order on the box and hand in at your local delivery point. 

If you did not receive a label, please contact us and we will e-mail you a new one. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Products/ clothes with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method, this could take up to five workdays. Please note, shipping cost is non-refundable for returns.
We're unable to offer price adjustments/price matching on items purchased at full price, that later go on sale.
